Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company

Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company was established in August 2011 and initially registered under No. 410120 as Amitis Sabz Pars Co. (Private Joint Stock). The company’s effective operations commenced in July 2014 following the appointment of a new Board of Directors. Pursuant to the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated February 9, 2021 (21 Bahman 1399), the company’s name was changed to Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage. Later, in February 2021, following another resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on the same date, the company was officially renamed Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company, and its headquarters were relocated from Tehran to Asaluyeh, where it was registered under No. 164. The Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Complex, recognized as the largest petrochemical storage and export project in Iran, is situated on a 47-hectare site in the southeastern part of the second phase of the Asaluyeh Petrochemical Complex, within the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ). The facility is adjacent to the Pars Export Terminal and is located approximately 270 km southeast of Bushehr Port and 570 km west of Bandar Abbas on the Persian Gulf. The project's primary objective is to provide dedicated storage and transfer services for petrochemical products manufactured in the second phase of the Asaluyeh Petrochemical Complex, transporting them to the Pars Export Terminal for shipment to international markets.
